Information included in the North Carolina Department of Commerce’s Largest Employer List is derived from reports filed by employers with the Department of Commerce’s Division of Employment Security (DES) and Labor and Economic Analysis Division (LEAD).

This includes information provided by employers on the Employer Status Report (NCUI 604), Employer Quarterly Tax and Wage Report (NCUI 101) as well as the Employer Multiple Worksite Report (FORM 3020) and Employer Industry Verification Form (FORM 3023 NVS or FORM 3023 NVM).

Information provided by employers is confidential and any questions, concerns or changes regarding a specific employer can only be addressed with the employer or employer’s designated reporting agent.
